Production usually takes 1 to 3 days, with an average completion time of about 48 hours. Standard shipping takes an estimated 7 to 12 business days; express shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 business days.
How does the customization work?
Upload your photo or artwork on the custom product page, preview your design in real time with the online customizer, choose your nail shape and size (standard presets or fully custom measurements), and place your order. Each set is produced with nano-level HD printing plus handmade finishing.
Are Nailelf nails reusable?
Yes. Nailelf press-on nails are reusable and made to fit your nail measurements.
What if my size measurements are wrong?
Nailelf offers after-sales help, including replacing incorrectly sized nails. Contact support before shipment and you can still modify or cancel your order.
What is the return policy for custom products?
If you are not satisfied with a custom product, Nailelf accepts return and refund requests within 3 days after delivery. Quality problems, damage, or wrong shipments are handled with replacement, reshipment, or refund.
What image quality works best?
Images at 1K resolution or higher work best, and 2K is even better. Blurry selfies, screenshots, and heavily compressed social media images usually produce weaker results.
