Shipping Policy

Production Time
Usually 1 to 3 days, with an average of 48 hours.
Standard Shipping
Estimated 7 to 12 business days.
Express Shipping
Estimated 3 to 5 business days.

1. Production Time

Nailelf usually needs 1 to 3 days to prepare and produce an order, with an average production time of about 48 hours.

Production time and shipping time are separate stages. Once the nails are finished, the package is handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 7 to 12 business days
  • Express Shipping: estimated 3 to 5 business days

These are reference delivery times, not absolute guarantees. Final shipping speed depends on the carrier, customs, and local logistics conditions.

3. Tracking

After the order is shipped, tracking details are provided through the shipment process.

  • If tracking is available, customers can use the tracking number and tracking link to follow delivery progress.
  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carrier system to update tracking information.

4. Address Changes

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address needs to be changed, customers should contact Nailelf support as soon as possible.

As long as the order has not been marked as shipped and no tracking number has been created, the address can still be modified.

5. Delivery Delays

Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier delays. For this reason, delivery estimates should be treated as references rather than fixed promises.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nailelf cannot fully control the final delivery process.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first contact the carrier to open an investigation.
